Jail time for pro-family/pro-hetero pastors?

Wasn't this country founded so that people could practice their respective religions? How come polygamists never rail against Biblical scripture, and adulterers never rail against Biblical scripture, and people who practice incest never rail against Biblical scripture, but some gays go crazy when they hear Biblical truth? Will my pastor be throw in jail for quoting scripture?
