Charges dropped against street preacher.

I wonder if the coverage of this story had anything to do with the charges being dropped. I mean, think about it, a homosexual cop arrests a street preacher who didn't say anything about homosexuality during his actual sermon. What would've happened to this preacher if this homocop had gotten away with this clear case of homofascism? (Wouldn't "Homocop," a gay parody of Robocop, be a great skit on SNL! OMG!) Story here.
