Pastor fined $5,000 for disagreeing with homosexuality.

A pastor, Stephen Boission, was successfully sued for "expressing his views on homosexual behavior." Now call me crazy but, unless your inciting violence against homosexuals, a person shouldn't be sued for disagreeing with homosexuality. Is this going to happen to me someday?
