Same-sex partners and hospital visits.


Apparently, the glbt community has misrepresented, yet again, how gay people don't have the same rights that I do. Gay people have always had the right to appoint someone as a "medical proxy," giving that person the right to visit them in the hospital and make medical decisions on their behalf. President Obama's recent decision was a "...solution looking for a problem." Story here.
