  1. "Interest groups" didn't force courts to redefine anything. The courts interpreted the law, and in the cases of Iowa and Massachusetts, found it against the state constitution to discriminate against gay couples.

You once again are misstating the facts.

  2. Not redefining marriage is not "discrimination."
You seem to have a mindful of misplaced rallying words. The people of the United States have decided that a marriage should be between one man and one woman like it has always been in this country. Activist judges and politicians who wish to ignore that fact will eventually be weeded out.

You are fighting against God and our republic because you're sexually attracted to other males.

Mabye you should rethink your character because even if you someday see the entire world accept same-sex "marriage," you will still be unable to enter God's eternal kingdom after you die, and you will be sent to a place of unending agony. God can heal you of your same-sex attraction.

  3. You accuse me of using "rallying words" and yet you use the same when you accuse judges of being "activist". I believe you need to take the beam out of your eye before you point out the splinter in mine, friend. The fact of the matter is that they are only "activist" because you disagree with them. Those fine people who supported Prop 8 in California were "activist" and yet you probably would never think to call them that.

I will not rethink my character as I know in my heart that what I am doing is not wrong. Maybe you can leave it at that and let me be "punished" in the after life instead of trying to punish me in this life.

  4. You have sexual relationships with men and I only have sex with my Christian wife. Who’s eye do you think that the “beam” is in?

I proudly call myself a heteroactivist. I’m the one that originated and defined the word.

The Word of God/Jesus Christ tells you NOT to trust in your own heart, and NOT to lean on your own understanding, but to learn from His ways and to follow His commandments. How is it that you quote the words of the Lord, but then turn around and reject his definition of marriage and embrace sexual relations with other men?

And how am I “punishing” you? By defending marriage? By trying to save you from eternal torment by telling you the truth? By unraveling your misinterpretations of God’s word? Have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
