Victory for Julea Ward.

What would a University do if a Muslim counselor refused to support the sexual activities of a homosexual client and referred that client to another counselor?  Wouldn't the University go out of its way to respect Islam?  Why then are true Christians thrown under the bus?

Tolerance FOR Julea Ward.

Looks like the word “tolerance” is beginning to haunt the glbt community. People are starting to see that tolerance is a two-way street, and the gay activists that yell “tolerance!” the loudest, are the most intolerant when it comes to Christians or anyone else who won’t accept homosexuality as normal. Homofascists don’t even want people who disagree with homosexuality to even be allowed to be heard. Free speech that does NOT condone or inspire violence will be labeled “hate speech” by homofascists who hate the truth. Although I have thoroughly denounced hatred for and proactive violence against the glbt community, my blog is attacked at least three times a week!

I've been covering the Julea Ward case since 11 Nov. 2009.

“...The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit ruled Friday in favor of Julea Ward an Eastern Michigan University graduate student represented by Alliance Defense Fund attorneys who was expelled from a counseling program for her beliefs. In a strongly worded opinion, the court reversed a district court decision in favor of the university and sent the case back for trial, saying “a reasonable jury could conclude that Ward’s professors ejected her from the counseling program because of hostility toward her speech and faith….” ...”

“... “Rather than allow Julea to refer a potential client to another qualified counselor--a common, professional practice to best serve clients--EMU attacked and questioned Julea’s religious beliefs and ultimately expelled her from the program because of them.” ...”

“...That her conflict arose from religious convictions is not a good answer; that her conflict arose from religious convictions for which the department at times showed little tolerance is a worse answer.” ...”

“...EMU faculty denigrated Ward’s Christian views...”

“... “That is why she asked to refer gay and lesbian clients (and some heterosexual clients) if the conversation required her to affirm their sexual practices....does not require a Muslim counselor to tell a Jewish client that his religious beliefs are correct if the conversation takes a turn in that direction and (2) does not require an atheist counselor to tell a person of faith that there is a God if the client is wrestling with faith-based issues. Tolerance is a two-way street. Otherwise, the rule mandates orthodoxy, not anti-discrimination.” ...”

Closed to Christians./What Jesus said about homosexual "marriage."

It seems that the profession of counseling is now closed to Christians due to the glbt community's redefinition of marriage. Is this enough evidence to those who wrongly believe that homosexual "marriage" and religious freedom can coexist in America? They cannot. And since the United States of America was originally founded by those who wanted to worship God freely, the definition of marriage should NOT be changed since it would destroy that freedom.

The one-man-one-woman definition of marriage is from God, and is quoted by Jesus himself in the book of Matthew 19:4-6. (And interracial marriage is supported by the bible in Numbers 12:1-8) Doesn't America call itself, "One nation under God..."?

Christians need not apply...

...for a Master's degree in counseling.

This woman, Jen Keeton, will be denied her Master's degree in counseling if she doesn't renounce her Christian beliefs and acknowledge the normalcy of homosexual couples.

How ironic that this story surfaces when I'm about to debate a lesbian (The She-man Of Hedon) concerning, among other things, how the gay community's desire to change the definition of marriage will trample on the rights of God-fearing Christians.

It's beginning to become clearer and clearer to me that Christians don't have to persecute gays to be happy but the glbt community must persecute Christians to be happy. Story here.

Religious freedom vs homosexual "marriage."

One of the biggest reasons that I lawfully oppose homosexual "marriage" is because if same-sex "marriage" is legalized, the religious freedom that the United States of America was founded for must come to an end. The two cannot coexist. The glbt community's desire to change the definition of marriage is wrong.

My point is illuminated by this story. More info is here.

Christian fired for heteroseparatist conduct.

It still amazes me that so many still see sexual behavior to be the same thing as a persons race. The "born 'gay'" concept is a powerful deception that has fooled many. Anyhow, I've said it before and I'll say it again; It is as wrong to fire someone for being gay as it is wrong to fire someone for being a heteroseparatist. Story here. Related, previous-post here.

Julea Ward: victim of intolerance.

Some people in the LGBTQ community love to silence Christians. Isn't this, accept-homosexuality-or-else work environment homotalitarianism at work? Story here.
