"The lawsuit filed on Friday claims that the school district violated right-to-known policies. It argues that documentation of curriculum developments, including correspondence and meeting minutes, were withheld from concerned parties, and that the public was excluded from curriculum committee meetings. It requests that the budget and all information relating to the curriculum be made public."

DOMA in a coma.

According to Article 2, section 3, clause 4 of the Constitution, the President must support DOMA.

Now, the phrase, "Anti-gay," can get the President of the United States to ignore the law. Is this the official start of the end of sexual sanity in the United States? Homosexuality is not an immutable circumstance like race or gender; I cover that fact in this blog.

DOMA was created to prevent one state's homofascism from affecting another state.

"The bans on incestuous and polygamous marriages are ancient and deeprooted, and, as the majority suggests, they are supported by strong considerations of social policy," Baxter warned. "Our society abhors such relationships, and the notion that our laws could not forever prohibit them seems preposterous. Yet here, the majority overturns, in abrupt fashion, an initiative statute confirming the equally deeprooted assumption that marriage is a union of partners of the opposite sex. The majority does so by relying on its own assessment of contemporary community values, and by inserting in our Constitution an expanded definition of the right to marry that contravenes express statutory law.

"Who can say that, in 10, 15 or 20 years, an activist court might not rely on the majority's analysis to conclude, on the basis of a perceived evolution in community values, that the laws prohibiting polygamous and incestuous marriages were no longer constitutionally justified?" Baxter wrote.

That argument, in fact, is being made now in a court case in Canada, where the acknowledgement of "marriage rights" for same-sex duos is being cited as a reason to strike polygamy laws.

Those arguing officially on behalf of marriage are from ProtectMarriage.com, which was the group behind Proposition 8 when voters adopted it in 2008.

The ADF said the case has the potential to create "years of chaos and confusion in the legal battle to preserve marriage. It could impact marriage laws in up to 45 other states – including the … states where voters overwhelmingly adopted state constitutional amendments…"

The parents of the kids in this school that still hold on to sexual sanity are considering holding a private, heteroseparatist prom where nobody will be persecuted for saying, "prom King/Queen." Look at the light blue background and the innocent, cute little birds. Look at how the strings that hold up the sign rise up and out of view as if God himself is holding them. See how the little boy is dressed the same way as the men, yet his jacket is a lighter color. Will he be awarded a black jacket when he graduates to anal intercourse like the gay men have? And why is the guy in the glasses looking at the little boy's butt instead of looking at the guy he's "marrying"?

Why is the little boy pointing up like that and smiling even broader than the 44-times-more-likely-to-contract-AIDS men? Is he pointing up as if to say, "Hey there fellow child! I've got something fun to tell you about!"?

I've noticed that gay "parents" demand that their parental rights be respected, and would go ballistic if they found out that Christianity was being taught to their children without their consent, and then turn around and support trampling on the rights of Christian or "anti-gay" parents by supporting legislation like SB 48. The homopocrisy of some in the glbt community never ceases to amaze and inspire me.

In the entire history of my website/blog, only one homosexual has accepted my challenge to refrain from speaking to children about homosexuality without the consent of that child's parents, when I can easily refrain from talking to a child about Christianity without parental consent. What does that say about the glbt community?

Christian tv program silenced by Canadian homofascists.

A Christian tv show has been removed from the air in Canada because the founder of the show, Dr. McVety, was critical of the Canadian school system teaching children in third grade that there are, "six genders."

"The crux of this problem is that last year I led a protest to stop our minister of education from presenting a new curriculum that would teach, starting at grade three, that there are six genders and that the children can't be happy and can't have a positive image of themselves until they accept their inner gender which may not coincide with their physical body."

How come I never hear, "...Jesus' definition of marriage..."? After all, the one-man-one-woman definition of marriage is from God and quoted by Jesus himself in Matthew 19:4-6.

This brave woman's blog has been removed from naplesnews.com because some in the glbt community were angry at the truth of her words and her courage to disagree with the behaviors of some gay people. ("Black" classifies race, "gay" classifies behavior.) She has now gone independent, and will become even more powerful than before.

Ms. Grothaus is still being attacked for her refusal to be intimidated into silence. How typical. Classic, blatant, pathetic, homofascism. My supporting evidence is here.

New disease for gay men.

Well, if being 44 times more likely to contract AIDS isn't enough to get homosexuals to reexamine their sexual behavior, there's a new concern for men who have sex with men; now gay men are 13 times more likely than heterosexual men to catch MRSA, a disease that can develop into a flesh-eating bacteria. Wow. And where is this disease now concentrated? The Castro district of San Francisco, California, the homosexual epicenter of the World. This disease is also prevalent in East Coast gay communities.

Has humanity gone insane? What will it take for the glbt community to realise that their behavior is wrong? What will it take for some cultures to stop glorifying homosexuality and persecuting those who refuse to support the glbt community when there is medical evidence that proves that the glbt lifestyle is so unhealthy? I guess these are just "hate germs." I suppose that this disease will be labeled as "homophobic" by the gay community and subsequently ignored.

Anti-Christ gays attack Christian couple's livelyhood.

This news story is why I don't believe the lie that homosexual "marriage" won't adversely effect my freedom to serve Jesus Christ in America.

A British couple who run a bed-and-breakfast in England would only allow people that were in a true marriage to share a bed under their roof because of their respect for the commandments of Jesus Christ.

Two homosexuals show up and want to have relations with each other in this Christian bed-and-breakfast. When the gay dudes aren't allowed to share a bed and are offered seperate beds, they didn't go away quietly like unmarried heterosexual couples did, and they didn't go to any of the nearby, gay-friendly b&bs, they of course, decided to sue these God-fearing people and force their sexual perversion into their Christian establishment. The homosexuals absurdly compared their sexual conduct to being Black or Jewish! (OMG!)

A British judge (how can he be a judge when he can't tell the difference between race, Judaism, and sexual misconduct?) has ruled against these followers of Jesus Christ in favor of the two men who have sex with each other. Story here.

MLK vs "gay."

Yesterday, while doing research for a current writing project, I was looking up the origin of the phrase, "Blacks, women, and homosexuals." This phrase is how so many people have been hypnotised into thinking that homosexuality is innate, yet an ever-increasing percentage of humanity is beginning to understand the difference between race and sexual behavior. Homofascists hate it when the difference between skin color and sexual perversion is explained, and immediately accuse anyone who does so of "hate."

Homosexuality, on the other hand, is defined by desire and voluntary sexual acts that are open to moral assessment. There is no research proving that homosexuality is immutable..." Oh my God!! I just got done posting and saw this. It looks like people are wising up to Canadian homofascism, and fighting back. Some radio station is going to broadcast the "banned" version of the Dire Straits song 24/7. This has made my day, not for the use of the word "fa**ot," but for people standing up for freedom of speech. Ironically, whoever complained about this song has made it even more popular. I've found the politically incorrect version of the video.

I wonder if the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council would ban a video that Christians found offensive.

Apparently, the word "fa**ot" got Dire Straits', Money for Nothing video banned in Canada. According to this article, it took just one complaint to have the 24-year-old video banned.

Can you watch the movie Pulp Fiction in Canada? It contains the "N" word about twenty or more times! What if I wrote a screenplay that glorified the glbt community where one of the characters in the story used the word, "fa**ot"? Would that be allowed to air in Canada?

Let's look at some of the recent violence from and within the glbt community. Incident one is about two homosexual brothers that drugged and then buried alive their father for his disapproval of their homosexual lifestyle.

Incident two concerns a 20-year-old man who bludgeoned to death and castrated (or vice-versa) his 65-year-old "roommate." I believe the 65-year-old was trying to rape the 20-year-old since the 20-year-old was treated for "lacerations to his wrists." An older man trying to rape a younger male is also how the first murder occurred in Celebration, a town created by Disney in Florida. And a poster to this very blog claims to have the inside story concerning the deceased homosexual rapist in Celebration.

And, on top of all that I've just written, when I did a Google search on "homoviolence," I discovered that, "The top six U.S. Male serial killers were all gay:" And, "Two gays compete for the spot of "world's worst murderer..." Also, "...Auschwitz executioner Ludwig Tiene strangled, crushed, and gnawed boys and young men (as many as 30 a day!) to death while he raped them." The words "mother" and "father" are being removed from the passports of children in my country to appease the glbt community. I saw this story yesterday and I'm still to stunned by the concept to write a proper post on it.

I'm quite upset that I didn't get to this story in a timely manner; it's the same old story of getting overwhelmed by work. Anyhow, here is, yet again, a boy who may develop into a homosexual because his Godless parents don't have the moral common sense to tell him that it is wrong for a boy to dress like a girl, or that he cannot ever be a girl. This is how effeminate homosexuals start off; by overrelating to girls and then wanting to be girls.

What happened to sexual sanity on planet Earth? I see and hear about mothers in my country telling their daughters to be, "strong and independent," yet this mother is allowing her son to be a "princess." Not only that, the glbt community is celebrating this woman's "tolerance." I never thought that I would live in a society where masculinity was practically forbidden. Story here.

I've already shown, on this blog, that Elton John is not above pursuing young boys for homosexual purposes. My evidence is here. Now it seems, that Elton John and his "husband" are going to raise their own little boy scout.

I now live in a World where an openly homosexual man can cavort around on stage with young boys in boy scout uniforms in an overtly homoerotic fashion (no pun intended), and that same man is allowed to, with his "husband," have custody of a boy in their homosexual household. OMG. Who's fault would it be if Mr. John and his gay lover eventually molest and/or rape this young boy? He's a homosexual man who's been on stage with boys in boy scout uniforms as homoerotic dancers and yet he is allowed to have constant access to a male child behind closed doors in his own home with his "husband?!" Resisting homoindoctrination in the United States military.

An Army lieutenant colonel is refusing to sign an order to send his men to, "...mandatory training sessions intended to change their attitudes toward homosexuality."

Now, just yesterday, I heard African American/Black people compared to homosexuals. And I know that most people who lack the ability to discern the difference between race and sexual misconduct will see the repeal of DADT as the same as the racial desegregation of the military. This is wrong. Homosexuality is a behavior, not a race. So it is wrong to equate the two.

Backlash against SPLC.

The SPLC (Southern Poverty Law Center) like some of glbt community, has gone Animal Farm on us; they started in 1971 as a very noble organization with very noble and righteous goals, but now they've gone crazy. They label any organization that stands for true marriage as a "hate group."

Homofascists almost always compare sexual behavior to race. Telling kids to not harass each other is a good thing, but forcing kids to accept homosexuality as normal is wrong. I will never associate with people who mentally molest children by knowingly ignoring the rights of the parents of those children.

Although I do NOT believe that all homosexuals are boy-lovers, I do believe that at least 2 out of 5 homosexuals were seduced into the glbt lifestyle by an older homosexual. A homophile seduces a young boy into the gay lifestyle; making the victim of the rape feel loved and cared for. I've heard first hand accounts of this process from gay and formerly gay men.

When a society abandons sexual sanity, i.e. the definition of marriage as being between one man and one woman, a multitude of "diverse" definitions of sexual normalcy will follow. I call it l.o.s.s.

A Mr. David Epstein of Colombia University is in some legal hot water for having a consensual, sexual relationship with his 24-year-old daughter. His legal argument is that they are both consenting adults and that the government has no right to prosecute them for their private, sexual conduct. Does this argument sound familiar? It does to me.

What is the legal basis for forbidding their sexual union since abortion is legal? I mean, the legal basis that outlaws incest would, logically, be the birth defects that are probable in the offspring of such a sexual union. So, if birth defects can be eliminated either by sterilization, abortion or by in-utero genetic resequencing, what is the legal problem with the sexual relationship that Professor Epstein is having with his adult daughter? Is not Professor Epstein's argument valid when Biblical, "old-fashioned" values are set aside? Does he not have the legal right to pursue happiness by having a consensual, sexual relationship with his 24-year-old daughter? Isn't anyone who is disgusted by such a relationship a patrisexualphobe?

I've noticed three parallels between the book Animal Farm and the glbt community; How gays are "more equal" than heterosexuals, how anyone who won't support the glbt community is guilty of the thought crime of "homophobia," and how, like in the story of Animal Farm, the revolutionaries eventually became worse than the original oppressors.

I don't support whoever vandalized the books on glbt issues at Harvard University. Everyone has the right to free speech in my country, including those who serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

I do however understand this backlash against perceived homofascism. This is a case of someone with understandable angst, but inappropriate behavior. (Like the entire glbt community.) The more the SPLC labels pro-God, pro-family organizations as "hate groups," the less weight the SPLC has. Being labeled a "hate group" by the SPLC is becoming a badge of honor since everyone knows that so many groups that do not hate, but simply refuse to support homosexuality, are falsely labeled by the SPLC. My parents got together, got married, created me and then my brother. This concept is foolishness to those who wish to redefine marriage in California.

I guess that it would have been better if I were created in a test tube and was raised by my father and the man he was having sex with, or by my mother and the woman she was having sex with. Its funny though. I don't feel like I missed out on anything by having a mother and a father. I remember being envied by some of my friends that lacked one or both parents. I also remember the young daughter of my ex-fiancee crying when her mother forced me to leave. Children need and want a mother and a father!

Homosexual details of "Disney town" murder.

If a 58-year-old man had tried to drug and rape a 28-year-old woman, and she killed him in a fit of rage, wouldn't the man's sexual misconduct be a big part of the news story? Why then, when the 28-year-old is male, the sexual misconduct of the 58-year-old becomes a non-issue? Why did I find out, just yesterday, that it was a case of homosexual rape? Why did the mainstream media leave that part out? Does rape only matter if the perpetrator is heterosexual? Once again, mainstream media goes out of its way to cover up homosexual misconduct.

I stumbled upon this info yesterday as I was researching and writing a chapter in my book on heteroseparatism, and I was stunned. This guy, Karl Heinrich Ulrichs lived from 1825 to 1895, and he is known as the original founder of the modern gay rights movement. He was the first known, out-of-the-closet homosexual in modern history, and he wrote various books and articles on the subject of the rights of gay people. This guy was "gay" before the word "homosexual" even existed.

What stunned me yesterday, while I was writing, is the fact that Mr. Ulrichs supported laws that protected young boys from the "seduction" of gay men! (perhaps because of his homosexual contact with his riding instructor when he was 14) OMG! Do modern homosexual know this? Do modern gays know that they have deviated from the originator of the gay rights movement when they chase after underage boys, threaten those who don't support their homofascism, and commit lewd acts in public during "gay pride" events/parades?
